In addition, the acrylic sheet has some precautions in the adhesion process to prevent the generation of air bubbles.
1. Acrylic products will leave traces that are difficult to remove when they are eroded by adhesives. Therefore, you can use self-adhesive methods to protect the parts that do not need to be adhered; or use cotton cloth to absorb excess glue.
2. Grease, dust or bubble holes will hinder the uniform application of the adhesive and leave bubbles, which can be removed by cleaning;
3. The use of an excessively small amount of adhesive will make the surface to be adhered not completely covered, or the air will be brought into the adhesive when it cures and shrinks, which will affect the appearance;
4. Directly blowing the air will cause the edge of the sticky section to turn white due to the rapid volatilization of the adhesive;
5. Indoor humidity, temperature, etc. will have a direct impact on the bonding of plexiglass products, so the work should be done in a dry place as much as possible.
6. The stress on the surface of the acrylic sheet and the surface stress and degradation products caused by cutting will affect the bonding effect of the plexiglass sheet;
7. Before the plexiglass products are bonded with adhesives, before they are completely cured, the direct sunlight for a long time will cause the plexiglass products to have different degrees of yellowing, which will seriously affect the aesthetics of the acrylic products;
